Standard strata software picks one of those people and ignores the rest. Building management apps run the site but know nothing about the committee's decisions. AI tools write emails but can't see the job, the quote or the compliance record behind them.
Flex Strata connects all three. The committee portal holds decisions, ballots, approvals, documents and owner access.
